One minute before every hour
A guided 60-second movement break, cued one minute before the hour. Employees complete the minute and record their reps. The company funds a dollar reward for each verified movement, and the employee account and the HR Command Center update from that same activity.

The cue
:59The alert lands one minute before the hour, on a clock everyone already keeps.
Example reward
$0.20Per verified movement. Companies choose from $0.20 to $0.60, pending activation.
Ledgers
2The employee account and the HR Command Center update from one shared activity.
11:57 before the hour
01 · The prompt
At :59, the employee receives a movement alert. There is no new calendar block and no app to remember to open. The habit sits on a clock they already keep, which is what lets it repeat.
Why the minute before. The top of the hour is a boundary people already notice. Placing the cue just ahead of it turns a reminder into a transition.
02 · The record
The guided minute runs its full sixty seconds, and the reps are recorded against that session. The live product's published example closes at 60 reps. That verified session is what the reward hangs on.
Verified movement, on the record.

03 · The reward
The company sets a dollar amount for each verified movement. MoveMint records that amount with the market reference captured at the same moment, and both ledgers update from the one session.

The company sets the dollar
The published example is $0.20 for one verified movement. The application offers five choices, from $0.20 to $0.60. Until the company is activated, that choice is held as a request.
The minute is verified
One guided minute. Reps recorded. Movement saved. The reward is tied to that verified activity and to nothing else.
The reference is captured
MoveMint stores the verified market reference at that moment, alongside the dollar amount. The MoveMint equivalent on the employee's ledger is read from that stored reference. No price is quoted on this page.
Both ledgers update
The employee's reward account and the company's inventory move together, from the same verified session, so there is nothing to reconcile afterwards.
These figures are an internal rewards ledger and a market reference. They are not an on-chain balance and not a transfer. The reference can change and is not a guaranteed value. A wallet payout happens only when a payout is actually completed.
04 · The books
The employee sees their own progress. The company sees the whole program. Both read from the same verified sessions, so nothing is reconciled after the fact.

Employee
Movements, minutes, reps, waiting exercises, alerts, and progress, in one place.
Employee
The dollar value, the MoveMint equivalent, any company grants, and the activity that produced each line.
Company
Employees, the reward setting, activity, inventory, and the plan for the program. Inventory is funded from the 1MB Master Treasury and tracked on its own. Each allocation keeps the reference that was in effect when it was made.
For companies
A repeatable movement habit for the whole team, without another wellness program to administer. You choose the reward, fund the inventory, and read the activity. The hourly cue does the scheduling.
Register the company, share the company code, and employees join through the registration flow.
$0.20, $0.30, $0.40, $0.50, or $0.60 per verified movement. The selection is held as a request until the company is activated.
Company inventory is funded from the 1MB Master Treasury and tracked on its own, separate from employee accounts.
Employees, movements, minutes, reps, reward value, and usage, all in the HR Command Center.
Public rewards
Public rewards need no company code. A person creates a free account, completes a verified minute, and the reward converts at the reference stored for that moment.
Shown values are ledger values and a market reference. They are not a wallet balance, and they are not confirmation of a transfer.
Organizations are ranked by verified 60-second movements. Employee names are never shown. Reps break a tie, then rewards earned. Demo organizations and the public pool stay off the board.

We built One Minute Before around a simple behavior: move for 60 seconds, every hour, and make the reward visible. The goal is to make movement easier to start, easier to repeat, and easier for companies to support.
